Useful steps
- Build date and version: open Settings → Version Information.
- Delete an account: open Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- If Apple did not share a name: revoke Core Ball under iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, then sign in again and choose to share your name.

Please include the app version, build date, device model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the issue. Never send your Apple or Google password.
